It's very important to us that you trust Algodón y Coco. Once you purchase an item, you must pay the full price, and please note that delivery costs vary depending on the area.

You can request a refund (maximum 5 business days after receiving it) if it arrived in bad condition or was not the one you bought.

After receiving the garment and trying it on, if you are not comfortable with it, you have the option to return it the day after receiving it and we will refund the full amount only if you return it in the same condition in which you received it; the only cost you must assume is the shipping.

To exchange an item for another garment, you must request it no later than 30 calendar days after purchase.
